In an effort to further support merchants, landscape solutions supplier, Talasey appoints new director of customer experience, a first for the company.
Rob Bullock joins Talasey with experience in sales, customer service and tech. His new role will see him ‘cherry-pick’ best practices from across industries to improve merchant customer experience end-to-end.
The company, which recently celebrated its 20th anniversary, says Bullock’s appointment will allow for more efficiency and quality, improving its overall standing as a supplier.
Bullock, who has hit the ground running by mapping the Talasey customer service journey end-to-end, comments on his new employer, saying;
“[They] have a genuine hunger to go to the next level with continuous improvement and constant refinement of their processes.”
Talasey owner, Mark Wall adds that while the company is proud of its past, it is “equally excited for the future.”
“The landscaping industry is evolving, and we are committed to staying at the forefront of innovation and sustainability,” says Wall.
