Thirteen Gold medals have been bestowed across the categories at this year’s RHS Chelsea Flower Show. On top of that, 11 gardens received Silver-Gilt, four were awarded Silver, and three took away a Bronze medal.

Show Gardens
Muscular Dystrophy UK – Forest Bathing Garden
It’s Crocus’ last year at Chelsea and the contractor has scooped Gold medals for both its gardens, the first of which has been designed by rising star Ula Maria. The garden also won Best in Show.

St James’s Piccadilly: Imagine the World to be Different
Robert Myers designed a garden around the benefits of urban green spaces, which will be relocated to St James’s Piccadilly. It was built by Stewart Landscape Construction.

The National Garden Scheme Garden
For the 11th time in its Chelsea history, Crocus built a garden for award-winning designer Tom Stuart-Smith. It will go on to form a garden at a new Maggie’s Centre at Addenbrooke’s Hospital in Cambridge.

WaterAid Garden
Architect Je Ahn and landscape designer Tom Massey collaborated for international not-for-profit WaterAid to create a garden that celebrates water as a precious resource.

Sanctuary Gardens
Burma Skincare Initiative Spirit of Partnership Garden
The Winner of the Best Sanctuary Garden has been designed by Helen Olney and built by Conquest Creative Spaces to highlight a dermatological partnership which supports Burmese healthcare workers treating adults and children with skin conditions.

World Child Cancer’s Nurturing Garden
Garden designer Giulio Giorgi and contractor Landesigns won the inaugural RHS Environmental Innovation Award for this sensory haven.
