Plans for the next phase of the St James Quay project, based in Norwich, have been revealed, with green and play spaces taking centre stage.
The 218-home Barrack Street development has already seen the first phase of flats and maisonette completed.
With the second and third phases under way, developers Hill Residential, are investing in two green spaces for the area, inclusive of play equipment, trees and hedgerows.
Outdoor play area developer, Miracle Design and Play has submitted its proposed plans for the new playground.
Plans include a slide, see-saw, basket swing, double swing and balance boulders to the western side of the development.
If plans are approved, the park and playground will replace the preexisting sales and marketing suite.
No timeframe for this next phase of the Norwich development have been set as of yet.
