Alison is one of just two business coaches to make it to the finals, beating thousands of entries from across the UK. The awards, which celebrate female entreprenership, are considered one of the UK’s most prestigious awards for business women and entrepreneurs nationwide.

Alison has provided extensive support to trade and construction businesses through difficult times over the last 6 months, delivering emergency support clinics, webinars and one to one support. Her work has helped turn around businesses by increasing turnover, streamlining operations and putting in measures to win and retain customers.

Her Bestselling book Build and Grow: How to go from Tradesperson to Managing Director in the Construction and Trade Industries has become a seminal text for the sector winning five-star reviews across the board.
