Hallstone has recorded a ‘marked increase’ in sales for the first half of 2023, following a relaunch to become a trade only brand in March of this year. Sales of its bulk bags have increased by more than 50% from last year.
The landscape product supplier, which is part of the Rolawn group, recorded its merchant channel being up 47% and the number of Hallstone stockists increasing by 63%, when compared to last year, with over 400 now across the UK. It attributes the growth between March and June this year to its shift to becoming a trade-only supplier.
Jonathan Hill, sales director at Hallstone says: “We’re very pleased to see that our new approach is being so well received by trade customers, it speaks volumes about the products and the service we provide.”
Hallstones is forecasting a continued increase and says it is ‘confident’ that it can continue to exceed market expectations.
