TASK Academy partners with London Stone

by | 12 Jun 24 | Domestic Landscaping, Garden Design, News

Land-based training group, TASK Academy partners with London Stone in a shared-ethos collaboration beginning in June 2024.

TASK Academy founder and managing director Rupert Keys, comments on the collaboration with the hard landscaping materials supplier, saying the Academy has been a “long-time admirer and client of London Stone’s.”

He goes on to say the two share a “desire to upskill the industry as a whole.”

With the uptake in efforts to tackle the climate and biodiversity crisis, land-based professions have been in higher demand – exacerbating the current skills shortage impacting the industry.

The Landscape Institute recently published its list of recommendations to the next UK government, ahead of the upcoming general election, urging them to develop green skills.

Diana Catrinoi-Corena, marketing director at London Stone, comments on the collaboration, saying it “further underpins [London Stone’s] culture of continuous learning and improvement of the industry.”

The new partnership will give garden designers and landscapers access to a range of courses and talks, including discounts, and the opportunity to learn about London Stone’s products and services.

More details about the partnership will be revealed in the coming weeks.
