Considered a landmark in sustainable design, the Max Fordham House, was created and inhabited by the late Max Fordham.
Fordham was a British designer, engineer and pioneer of sustainable design and environmentally friendly engineering.
His house is recognised as the UK’s first-ever verified net zero carbon home. It is located on an urban infill site that was once Fordham’s own garden.

The company’s contract will not only see the maintaining of the property’s aesthetic appeal, but also contributing to the estate’s ecological balance, reinforcing the project’s commitment to net zero carbon living.
