As a Marshalls Registered Installer, you’ll be joining forces with our team of experts, from a dedicated Regional Assessor to the fantastic technical and sales teams, helping you to get the most from your business and assisting you whenever you need it. With your membership you’ll be personally supported by an Area Sales Manager (ASM) who will help you with everything from pricing to product advice, as well as quoting and samples.

Not only that, but you get access to your own online profile on Marshalls website, where you can generate new business opportunities and leads with our ‘Find an Installer’ feature which generates over 65,000 searches each year. Current and prospective homeowners will simply input their postcode into the Marshalls search and they will be presented with a list of all accredited installers in their area. Your profile page is the perfect sales tool that allows you to communicate your track record, services and skills to the interested customer.

CAD Visual Design Service

Marshalls’ provide registered installers with use of our in-house CAD Visual Design Service, which provides free visualisations for your customers. On average, a visual can cost between £1,000 – £2,500 – to our register members, we offer visuals for free.

With CAD visuals, you can show your customers exactly what the product would like and how it could be fitted. There are 2D options for showing helpful birds-eye views of the proposed project, or the immersive 3D visuals which offers the customer a completely different experience by bringing the work to life before their eyes.

Product guarantees

Offer your customers complete peace of mind with an outstanding 10-year guarantee, available only to registered installers. This can really give you the competitive edge when bidding for projects and it could even help sway any customer that may be struggling to make a decision.

Marketing

When it comes to marketing efforts, you’ll get access to our dedicated marketing agency, M-Promote, allowing you to spend your reward points on some of the best marketing products on offer.

M-promote have worked with Marshalls for almost a decade, delivering over 500 projects and building over 100 websites, so you’re in good hands. Some services include logos and visual branding, web design and development, social media management and much more! Upon joining the scheme, you’ll get a free MOT on your existing website from M-Promote to see what you can do to improve.

Samples

We’ll provide a professional sample case as part of your membership package. This will be delivered to you by your account manager. The case contains up to sixteen 100mm x 100mm samples. We can provide extra samples upon request, so you can change the samples to suit the project. This will help to make your pitches to customer all the more effective with physical samples that help bring your concepts and ideas to life.
