A quarter of Green-tech customers feel buoyant and think business will be booming this year, found Green-tech’s annual customer survey.
At the end of last year, the Yorkshire-based supplier asked all its customers questions on its service as well as on their order books and expectations going into a new year.
Just 6% are concerned that business may take a downturn, while over half (56%) feel good and think business will remain as it is.
The results were optimistic for Green-tech too, which saw nearly all (97%) of respondents saying that they would recommend the supplier. Managing director Kris Nellist says he’s “proud of the results” and that it’s confirmation that they’re “getting things right.”
“We always endeavour to go the extra mile for our customers and for 82% to say that ‘Green-tech goes above and beyond for their customers compared to other suppliers’ is a real achievement and couldn’t happen without the entire team working in partnership with our suppliers and hauliers.”
The majority (97%) of respondents said Green-tech’s sales support is either good or excellent and 94% rated the sales advisors as good or excellent in terms of knowledge, availability, reliability and efficiency.
